BIOGRAPHY

Phil Williams practices in the area of commercial litigation, with a particular focus on the defence of solicitor’s negligence claims, as well as in the areas of personal injury and insurance law. 

Phil was called to the B.C. Bar in 1989, the Alberta Bar in 1998 and has appeared before all levels of Court in B.C., and, as well, has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Prior to joining Dives, Harper, Stanger & Mizrahi LLP, Phil operated his own litigation practice for over 25 years, with a particular focus on personal injury and disability insurance claims.
