BIOGRAPHY
Emma practices in the area of general civil litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice, professional liability, personal injury, and occupier’s liability, as well as human rights.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of British Columbia.
She received her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, Faculty of Law in 2018 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019.
Prior to joining Dives, Harper, Stanger & Mizrahi LLP in 2019, she articled at a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver with a focus on personal injury and wills and estates.
Emma is a member of the BarTalk Editorial Committee as well as a Clinic Lawyer volunteer with Access Pro Bono’s Summary Advice Program.
